Jorge I. Ibuado, Esq.

Founder of Ibuado Law Group PC. He primarily focuses on Workers' Compensation Law and has experience in Personal Injury and Employment Law.

Jorge Ibuado was raised in Southern California. A graduate of UCR, Jorge later went on to get his MBA in Marketing from La Sierra University. Jorge attended Whitter Law School. During law school, Jorge served as VP of the Hispanic American Law School Association and interned at a sports agency in Orange County under In-House Counsel. Jorge has been a workers’ compensation attorney since 2014 and has gained experience in all aspects of workers’ compensation law. Jorge has litigated various trials and has experienced successful outcomes in the majority of the trials he has litigated. Prior to founding Ibuado Law Group PC, Jorge worked as a defense attorney for one of the most prominent defense firms in Southern California. This allowed him to gain invaluable insight and perspective into all aspects of a workers' compensation claim and process. Jorge uses this knowledge and experience to aggressively and thoroughly fight on behalf of all his clients. 

 

As an immigrant himself, Jorge is fluent in Spanish and enjoys communicating with his clients in Spanish or English. Jorge is licensed to practice law in California and belongs to the California Applicant's Attorneys Association and the Mexican American Bar Association. Outside of work, Jorge enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys the idea of working out, sports, cars, motorcycles, movies, and cooking.

Jamie M. Wilson

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Jamie M. Wilson serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at IBUADO LAW GROUP PC, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing the firm's operations and driving its strategic initiatives. With a robust background in legal administration and management, Jamie has dedicated 6 years to enhancing operational effectiveness and ensuring the firm’s growth in a competitive market.


In joining Ibuado Law Group, PC in 2018, Jamie brought a wealth of knowledge and a fresh perspective to the team. As COO, she is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day operations, including managing internal processes, enhancing operational efficiencies, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Jamie collaborates closely with the firm’s leadership to develop and implement policies that align with the firm’s mission and goals.


Under Jamie's leadership, Ibuado Law Group, PC has seen significant advancements in technological integration, staff development, increased client satisfaction, and firm recognition. She is particularly passionate about diversity and inclusion, client service, ethical practices and increasing the firm's name and reputation in one of the most competitive markets in the country. Jamie works diligently to promote these values and goals within the firm.


Outside of work, Jamie is involved in her community, and enjoys traveling, enjoying delicious cuisines, and spending time with family, her son, daughter, fiancé and two Frenchie’s which keeps Jamie grounded and inspired
